The bike trail is AMAZING, you would love it! It’s absolutely a kid friendly town. We saw kids and families on the bike trail! Some were biking and some had little ones, so they were just walking! I also went to Ocean Reef Park and a beach in Lake Worth and there were tons of families with kids! There’s tons of outside activities to do also. The restaurant we went to was more upscale and we went later during the night (around 8 PM), so I am not exactly sure if it’s a kid friendly place but there is outside seating! It’s off season is during the summer, so it’s pretty much a ghost town. If you can handle the summer heat, I would suggest going around April-Sept!
