I helped style my first client!!!! Last year when I was subbing a PE class, I met a teacher I had subbed for many many times during the school year. We were both stuck watching 100 kids in the gym during testing for a few hours so we had plenty of time to chat. As a sub, I normally don’t get much time to chat with the teachers and most of the time, I don’t even know what they look like, so this was a huge treat! When we got to talking, I told her I have a fashion blog and love fashion. She started telling me how she needed help with cleaning out her closet and wanted to look extra stylish for the next school year. She was super serious about getting style help and told me to leave her my business card on her desk because I was scheduled to sub for her class in a few weeks (see business cards do come in handy!).
